IN HER OWN WORDS
I started my life's journey in the tiny province of Nova Scotia, Canada. I did all of the ordinary things many people do: got married, got divorced, went back to school, started over, tried again, enjoyed the single life, found the love of my life. Through it all I made some stupid choices and dumb mistakes. But I also made some wise choices and sound judgements. I earned three degrees, achieving my doctorate at the age of 62 years! Walking across that stage was filled with joyful expectation!
I've been a wanderer all my life but the longing in my heart has always been to be settled. I've lived in four Canadian provinces, two states in the USA, and in the U.K. My "forever home" was always just ahead, but I've discovered my "forever home" will never be on this earth, but only when I'm finally home with Jesus.
I enjoy camping, swimming, walking, knitting, reading and writing.
MY FAVORITE THINGS
I love spending time with my husband, especially if we're on the road traveling to some new adventure!
